Cancellation Policy

By registering for iGC/ GHCATS sessions (in-person or online), you agree to the following: Payment & Registration: Payment is required in full to secure your spot. Memberships or packages auto-renew until canceled in writing. Prices are subject to change at any time. Registration is only complete once payment is confirmed. Refunds & Cancellations: Refunds are only given if you are not satisfied with your first session. Sessions cannot be canceled unless it’s an emergency, in which case we will work with you to reschedule at a mutually agreed time. Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or replaced. Code of Conduct: Participants must behave respectfully toward the instructor and other participants. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these standards without refund. Health & Safety: You are responsible for consulting a qualified professional regarding any medical, mental health, or physical concerns before participating. Participation is at your own risk. Sessions are for personal growth, education, or therapeutic support and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental health treatment. Online Participation: For virtual sessions, you must provide a private, safe, and distraction-free environment with a stable internet connection. We are not responsible for technical difficulties on the participant’s side. Please test your equipment prior to the session. Confidentiality: Participants agree to keep personal stories or sensitive information shared during sessions private. Sharing outside of the session without consent is prohibited. Materials & Recording: All worksheets, recordings, and session content are the intellectual property of iGC/GHCATS and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission. Sessions may be recorded for internal or promotional purposes; participants may opt out by notifying us prior to the session. Emergency Rescheduling: In case of emergencies, sessions may be rescheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time. Emergencies should be communicated as soon as possible. Minors & Families: Parents or guardians are responsible for minors participating in sessions. Consent is required for minors, including for recordings or online participation. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, iGC/GHCATS is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation.
