Why Us?

Seeking mental and emotional health support can lead to both short-term and long-term benefits, including improved social connections, greater interest in activities, better concentration and sleep, stronger emotional regulation, and healthier coping and self-care skills. Moreover, it can also foster authentic, trusting relationships with oneself and others, a greater sense of purpose, resilience, and self-compassion. At Creative Arts Therapy Studio, we provide a safe and nurturing environment for both adults and children to utilize creative expression as a means of healing. Our trauma-informed approach enables emotional healing for those who have been impacted by abuse, illness, grief, fear, or stress. Our sessions provide clarity, insight, and encouragement for a brighter tomorrow.

There has been a noticeable upward trend in the number of adolescents and service providers such as teachers and nurses who are experiencing difficulties with their mental  and emotional health and as a result, are seeking help. Educational institutions have been particularly affected by this trend, with a rise in demand for mental and emotional health  and grief counseling services, especially among teachers. It is of utmost importance to address this issue and prioritize the mental and emotional well-being of these individuals by offering support and resources to those who require it.

Kids 12 and under

We provide support to children who struggle with emotional and mental health. We offer comprehensive evaluations to determine if our services can benefit them, or if they require additional mental health support beyond our scope. Our assessment considers how children feel, behave, learn, and interact with others, allowing us to provide personalized support and care.
